A few weekends ago, I attended the IDSA Hybrid conference in Portland, Oregon. I have been a member of the IDSA for a few years, though I have never attended a conference. Based on the minimal impact the organization has so far had on my career, I wasn't expecting much. But, I was wrong...It was packed with talent. From pros like Facebook's Joyce Hsu, Artefact's Markus Wierzoch and RKS founder Ravi Sawhney to name a few. To academics like WWU's Arunas Oslapas to all the Stude
